MICTA has developed a strategy that is integrated into the Department of Economic Development's Vision 2020 for the Isle of Man. This has some very ambitious plans for the ICT sector in terms of growth, increasing the number of jobs and developing education.

 

e-business (combined ICT, e-gaming and Crypto areas) in general has become a significant contributor to the economy now amounting to over 34% of GDP and increasing at more than 20% per year.

 

Ideas will mature and develop over time, especially as the industry itself is so dynamic, but we will endeavour to make sure that the pages here are kept up to date.
